We finished off the Linzer cookies very quickly after Christmas, so I'm also thinking of making more, while I still have time... better than buying some sweets and we have lots of the jam left. Chocolate ginger cookies, though? That sounds almost as too much of a good thing! You'll also no doubt be pleased to hear I made the kringel and it's a success. :-) Post is definitely coming!
