And you probably have more today? :) So far in Pittsburgh today, just snow flurries and rain. I wouldn't mind a real snow--Neither of us here has to drive in it, so we don't get as troubled by it as many people. And I feel ready for snow and Christmas decorating and carols and all. :)
Oh, gosh, yes - more! I'm worried about our beautiful ornamental cherry tree - it's so bowed down by snow - all the leaves are still on it - green leaves! It's just been snow so far, but it's supposed to get terribly windy overnight. I heard that almost a half a million in New Jersey are without power - ours has flickered several times already, but it's still on! I wonder if we're going to skip fall this year altogether and zip right into winter! :O
The weather always seems to skip spring anymore, so maybe this year it's fall too. The first snow's always exciting to me whenever it comes, but I remember being annoyed by October snows as a kid because it meant having to wear winter coats over Halloween costumes.

Brrr! But, what a pretty picture you will have when it sticks so nicely to the yard! But,"oh no" to the power outages!
ReplyDeleteYes, Carmen - I'm just about to post some pictures!

ReplyDeleteIf it'd been just a snowstorm, we would simply crab about it, but this was crippling to many, and scary!
