It was time to shred some zucchini - I did sixteen cups!
Well, it was the food processor who did it.
All in little two cup bags in the freezer.

You probably know we call them courgettes over here, Lisa. Shredding them seems to be quite fashionable!
It's the easy thing to do when they start to pile up, Mike! But more will come, and I'll try to do something else with them.
