Midsummer's Day

I didn't hang out the sheet till six o'clock, but it still had time to dry.  And I ate the rest of the strawberries. (No freezer jam this year.)

  1. Good for you! Nothing better than strawberries at midsummer. I love to see washing on the line. I took a photo of sheets hanging out to dry the other week just because they looked lovely flapping in the breeze.

  2. I love this time of year when washing doesn't take the whole day to dry. I washed blankets yesterday and they took no time to dry. Simple things, but it does bring joy.

    1. It does, because of the comparison to the winter when we can't hang things out at all.

  3. Yum! Fresh strawberries! Love the aroma of laundry that has been line-dried!

    1. Yes, the fresh air clings to them a long time after, doesn't it?
