strawberry rhubarb crisp

I bought strawberries last week, but there was too much fruit in the house - I hadn't touched them. Then someone gave me rhubarb yesterday. So I made a crisp.


To be enjoyed with Haagen Dazs Vanilla Bean.

  1. What a good way to use up mushy strawberries! I had to google 'crisp' and now know it is the same as 'crumble'! Yummy!
