I've been threatening to paint the inside of the front door, and I finally did it. Kind of a deep teal-ish, mixed up to match a stool we keep in the living room.
Ha. :D If my brother were willing/able to build a fireplace, he'd also be painting doors. :D Anyway, Colonial blue is the blue which goes with what's already in the living room. And, since it's a warmer blue, I don't mind it. (don't like cold colors!)
Hi Lisa, you have done a lovely job, it looks so nice. I keep bookmarking your blog and it doesn't show on the list, so I have to remember to Google it and catch up.
Yes, yes, yes. :) What a nice, deep color too.
ReplyDeleteI love that shade of blue/green. It reminds me of something Colonial.
ReplyDeleteYes! That's what I think of it as - Colonial Blue. A warm tone.
DeleteIndeed. Inspired by Paul Revere last month, eh? Next month you'll ask your brother to build a fireplace big enough to fit your bed into. :)

Beautiful. So what is the actual color for those of us looking to use it?
ReplyDeleteThe color of the door can have no effect on your use of it.
