fried pepper sandwich


for supper, to use up "too many" peppers.

  2. I just used whatever was around, which in this case was: 2 frying peppers, and a few bell peppers. Cut in strips, and slowly cooked in olive oil with lots of garlic powder. It took an hour - maybe more, till they were soft enough.
    Dolly even liked them!!

  3. Yum, yum, yum!! My husband hates peppers and I don't!!! Makes me crave them even more. ;)
