fermenting green beans

The bag of beans was so big, I just stuffed a few into a jar with some salted water.

  1. Fermentation...fun! We ferment kimchi, Konica, ginger bug and kefir. Oh and sauerkraut. Pickles were mostly a fail :(

    1. I'm getting ready to make kimchi, but don't like anything too hot. I may just leave out that part of it. I only heard of ginger bug very recently!
