It was very gusty at times; the mail carrier (or, mail female, as my brother likes to say), barely gave me a wave when I greeted her, intent on struggling along and getting it done.
I took these on the way home from church. I point the camera to the window and snap, one after the other, and see what I get.
Everything is transformed.
Beautiful snowfall! Just right and not too much. :-) I've said that too ~ mail lady ~ finally trained myself to say "mail carrier" :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a good day!
Yes, it is perfect. But I feel sorry for all the others who are overwhelmed.
DeleteFunny. I've only ever had mailmen so I'd never thought of it. Your brother makes me smile--mail female. I am with you on the beauty--snow adds so much of it. There has been very little here yet. One good storm, but that's it--and its already almost February!
ReplyDeleteYes, but the day of this past storm - the 23rd - is a year to the date that our very snowy winter began last year - so it isn't "too late". (I hope that won't happen again.)
DeleteLovely photos! I am so pleased you weren't inundated with snow. I am trying again, Lisa! I hope you get to read this comment.
ReplyDeleteClare, I know we were very fortunate with this storm. We'll see what the rest of our winter brings.
DeleteThe perfect snowfall! Lovely pictures.
