Oh! We love radishes just out of the garden! We have had such a rainy year - more than ten inches above our average total for this point in the year - that we haven't been able to make any start at all on the vegetable garden. This is the latest we have ever been with planting.
The image of the radishes in that lovely cup is quite appealing.
Even one radish is one too many.
ReplyDeleteI have a friend who slices radishes thin, sprinkles them liberally with salt and eats them like potato chips!
ReplyDeleteAh, if I were more of a salt lover, I'd try it. I guess we'll just have to crunch our way through them in salads!

But can you do anything with a radish, besides slice it in a salad - that's what I want to know!
DeleteSlice them thin and put on sandwiches!
ReplyDeleteI will do as you say, Hana. But I hope I'll remember not to buy a whole package of them - they are crunchy, but without much flavor.
