  1. Can you imagine THINKING Jane Austen thoughts exclusively? It makes my brain hurt just to think on it! But her choice of words and imagery are utterly romantic...

    * We started with 2 quarts of Goat's milk in the pot. Just a small amount of buttermilk is being added in the photo. That and vinegar and lemon juice are the only other necessary ingredients.
