can you be Persuaded?

Have you ever read any Jane Austen?  Have you been wanting to someday?

Rachel, the Book Snob is re-reading Persuasion, (which, if you've been wanting to take the plunge but couldn't bring yourself to, is the shortest of Jane's works), and she's looking for company.  The discussion will be over at her blog.

You could definitely read this book in a week.

    I've read Pride and Prejudice, and Emma. Persuasion I watched for the first time last Wednesday. The girls were house sitting so when my husband went to work I had hours of freedom before me. Erin had picked up the newer BBC production at the library so I decided to watch and knit!! Loved it, as I do all of Jane's works!

    I might give it a try sometime soon
    but at the moment I'm chasing my tail trying to fit everything in!
