I think I may try to do this every week - it's a busy day for me, and I can't always come up with something to post about, so looking for something nice would serve a double purpose.
The salad was nothing really unusual - I always buy those bags of salad mix, they're so convenient. So, some of that, crumbled goat cheese, a Cortland apple cut up and some torn up deli meat - turkey breast. I guess I really needed salad, because I had two soup bowls full! Delicious!
I think you have found 'appealing'. I actually DO like Saturdays, but Sundays are my most favorite!
