What a lovely thing to say---I've been reading and enjoying that dear girl's posts since I discovered her great fount of witty, kind, welcoming, profound words a couple of years before I started my own blog.
Such a like spirit, taking in everything, welcoming everyone, casting her wisdom and kindness to all the world---what a lovely Best Friend she would make for anyone. I think of her so often, of that happy TWO of them, in their perfectly-furnished nest of comfort and contentment, and wish them well for all the future.
I sense your own heart-kinship with her and all her endeavours, and rejoice twice over that she has such faithful, encouraging followers. We, too, have a small, plain life, quiet and wonderful to us, but filled with the magic and music of good friends, good books, and happy companionship. We can wish that on anyone, above riches and display. Hoping you a lovely NEW YEAR of bright promise, and joyful fulfillment.
