My counters have some fermenting project constantly now. The Kefir is nearly yogurt when I use the raw milk- I tease it with heavy cream and it is so yummy!! None of it lasts long- so this explains the constant array of glass brewing vessels that hang out out my counter.<br /> Your yoghurt looks yummy.
