Just last week while looking for spring-related dessert ideas online, I found Martha Stewart's "potted" chocolate-mint pudding cups. 'So clever and simple: http://www.marthastewart.com/350027/potted-chocolate-mint-puddings. I'm to make these for my mom this summer with miniature garden tools inside the cups. :)
