Deuteronomy 15: 7-8, 10

If there is a poor man among your brothers...be openhanded and freely lend him whatever he needs....Give generously to him and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work.

    I miss the mockingbirds beautiful songs. I looked forward every day to hearing them on my morning walk and now I only hear crows and an occasional osprey! What has happened to them??

      I don't know, Laraine. They're here all year, but quiet in the winter. And since we don't have berries, I don't see them as often as I used to.
